Pied a Terre on the Potomac

This Arlington VA project involved separating a two-bedroom apartment into two units to create a rental pied a terre for a couple who spends half of every year in Paris. New kitchen and bath designs were created for the one room studio using Ikea cabinets and tile from Porcelanosa.

This project involved separating a two-bedrom apartment into two units to create a rental pied a terre for a couple who spends half of every year in Paris. A kitchen design was created for the new one room studio using Ikea cabinets, fully integrated appliances, a Gagganau cook top and tile from Porcelanosa. Additional built-in storage was also added and the bathroom was fully renovated using Porcelanosa tile and countertops along with lighting fixtures from Restoration Hardware.
